By creating an account or using GharSetu, you agree to these Terms and our Privacy Policy.
2. Our role
GharSetu is a marketplace connecting customers with independent home chefs. Home chefs are responsible for preparing food safely and complying with applicable FSSAI requirements.
3. Accounts
You must provide accurate information and keep your login secure. You are responsible for activity on your account.
4. Orders & payments
Prices are set by home chefs and shown before you order. Payments, cancellations, and refunds follow the policy displayed at checkout.
5. Home chef obligations
Chefs must keep accurate menus, maintain hygiene, disclose allergens, and fulfil accepted orders on time. We may suspend chefs who violate these standards.
6. Acceptable use
Do not misuse the platform, post false reviews, harass others, or attempt to access accounts or systems without permission.
7. Limitation of liability
To the extent permitted by law, GharSetu is not liable for indirect losses. Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid for the relevant order.
8. Changes & termination
We may update these Terms and will notify you of material changes. You may close your account at any time.
